This was my first experience here at this hospital and I must say everything went well courtesy of the employees the doctors anyone that I came in contact with were very helpful knowledgeable the receptionist at the front Desk in emergency very well mannered and very professional I must say the cleanliness of the emergency room and anywhere else I arrive was very clean and awesome I think God that everything we prayed about my daughter son and family that Everything was in our favor per orayers from the best care beautiful explanation the courteous and friendly knowledgeable welcoming employees is of employees at this facility Northwest on 1225 Graham Rd. in Florissant Missouri the doctor was awesome as a matter fact anyone that I came in contact with who is very helpful and explanatory with all the help no procedures per healthwise that I received I must give it a very top high professional rating and this is from my heart no beating around the bush keeping the transportation team who transport me from Northwest to Christian every one was awesome it is such a pleasure to be able to get service like this even though you hear negative reviews or someone saying something negative we had the best experience ever I truly appreciate that and I think God for that as we can never go better with someone else’s my treatment was very awesome and pleasurableThank you so much for the favorable treatment when I was at this facility and it was the very first time I really appreciate that yes I would refer God bless all and continue to do the best ever Thank you all MS.
