I was a little nervous about the procedure until I met this very nice woman named Sam that works there. She was very nice and helpful and asked if I was nervous. I said I was until I saw you, a familiar face from the other office. Since my mom was not permitted in, She helped me feel at ease about the procedure. She was there with me through the whole thing and let me know everything was okay. She made me feel much better and not nervous at all. I thank you so much Sam. It was very nice meeting you.
