Place was filthy and falling apart. The staff is awful and do not care for the patients. They leave patients waiting for hours with no explanation. The nursing staff is rude and act like everything is the patients fault, when they have made the mistakes. Nurses do not know how to properly care for a wound, you have to show them nor do they have the proper tools to treat a wound. Also, I am not a fan of being called hun or sweetie by anyone, let alone a stranger. The facility needs some serious DEI training. I would not suggest anyone use this facility. It needs a major overhaul, cleaning and for the staff to be replaced with competent staff.
