The procedure went well and was professionaly done. Thee problem was I was deceived about the cost. I was billed for nearly twice the cost of what I was quoted. I contacted administration and was kindly told that is the way it is and pay up. No concern for my financial status. I am not done yet. Professional medical staff but beyond that my experience was very disapointing. I hate being decieved!

Outpatient surgery. The facility was dated and dirty. Staff was unfriendly. Phlebotomist did not change gloves or wash hands between patients. Care was provided by a resident, my surgeon showed up 5 minutes before surgery and I never saw her again. Discharged too soon, by the inexperienced resident, and back in ER a few hours later. Of course, I was billed for that. The bill was astronomical, more than it would have been at a non-teaching hospital and I was treated by a second year resident, someone who had only been out of med school for less than two years. Nurses were uncaring, overworked and stressed out. I would never return. Worst medical experience of my list. Avoid.
