My 5th annual endoscopy was performed at this facility for the first time a few days ago, and my bottom line is I will never return unlrss I am given no choice. My experience with this facility started with them calling and telling me to bring a deposit 450 dollars to check in which I have never done at other facilities and by the way I have had the same insurance foe the past 7 years. I refused their demand and that was that. Then they call the day before the procedure and change the time which disrupts any plans you may have made for transport.. So the RN takes you to the area to get into ur operation cloths and it is a screened off bed in a large room with 20 other such beds. and has you change and says take off all cloth and you find that strange because it is a endocopy. When I asked why she repplys OH it did not read the paperwork She assumed I was having both ends scoped. My confidance level is now non existant. I could go on but I asked my doctor if he still did the procedures at the Peace Health hospital and he said no problem so he will ensure I am booked there in the future. One last thing do not ask for them to call for a taxi they will say they do not do that and to use your cell phone which has poro cell signal.
