They never called me about my electronic referral my doctor sent. How can this be a business if they don't give a damn about selling their service? I called and they immediately have to put you on hold again and again wasting our time. They couldn't find the referral. I had to photo it and email it to them and call back. The still took time wasting mine trying to find it on their email and never called me. I booked it and went for an ultrasound. They have a plaque on their window counter that states if we want them to send the radiologist report to another doctor fill out a form. I did so. I then asked this ultrasound woman who did it and did not give me her name to send it. She initially acted like she didn't want to do it and then I said there is a damn plaque stating it is your policy. She agreed to do it. Then I found out from the specialist this lazy, liar, vile incompetent worker did not do it. How can these vile people be allowed to be in healthcare? They don't care at all! and many are the most sadistic vile people! Something needs to be done. It goes on and on and so many citizens suffer needlessly! Do NOT vote for these uncaring politicians who have been in power for years and done nothing to help anyone!!!!!!!
