A independent diagnostic testing facility for sleep disorders. We are UCSD contracted sleep provider and our interpreting physician is Dr. Jose S. Loredo We of course take any outside referrals from any doctor and can set up a sleep consultation for those who need one.

Great service , great sleep , overall pleasant expieriende if you have to sleep away frfom your own bed then sleeping here for medical purposes would be my next choice .

The pulse oximeter was not clean, made my finger smell like death...gross!

the techs were professional and nice, the scheduling was beyond difficult. it took forever to get ahold of anyone. getting into the building is almost impossible, the doors lock before your appointment time. the scheduling is months out, but didnt seem to be busy with patients when i arrived i was the only patient for the evening.

The Techs seemed OK, but they did not seem very knowledgeable about how to do their job at times. Equipment was dirty with glue or something on them. CPAP mask smelled and gave me a headache.

Study was cancelled due to the staff being in a car accident. Rescheduled for a different night and the staff was shocked to learn they were in an accident. I was blatantly lied to about the incident for no reason. The bathrooms were gross. The pillows smelled bad. There were charts located all over the office area and very accessible. All I had to do to grab someone's information was reach over the check on window. Very unprofessional. I was sad to learn that I had a choice to come here or somewhere different in the first place. AVOID!

Could not find the place. Scheduled for an appointment and was impossible to locate. No one answered my phone calls for help. Waiting to have my sleep study at another place.

Unable to access staff to schedule appt. Calls not returned. When called to schedule appointment, was disconnected due to terrible quality phone line (sounded like cell phone on their end; I was using land line). I was disconnected and never returned call to get complete address. On day of appointment, I called my insurance to double check authorization received. Was told Sonno Bello Sleep is out of network and would not be covered. When I called to cancel appointment, was told they new that authorization was never received, but they never bothered to call me and notify me. They would have been happy getting paid from me or insurance since I am still liable. NOT RECOMMENDED; unable to rate facility.

Actual procedure for sleep study was well done. Problem is horrid back office billing procedures. Service date was mid February. Invoice paid early April. Dunning statements coming every two weeks in to end June and office claims for third time in month, that "third party" billing service is a "little backed up but don't worry". Wonder if clinic may be suffering from theft of paid invoices and how any kind of professional operation can avoid posting REVENUE for over two months. When the business end of a practice is this sorry then the practice is decrepit. Any more contact from them and I go to the State.

A very satisfying experience! The clinic was beautiful and clean. The bathrooms were great - clean and very nice. The staff was pleasant and very accomodating. I had to cancel and reschedule a few times and the scheduling staff were very accomodating. I read the reveiws above and agree with the positive ones. The negative few seem a bit ridiculous. I saw none of this. Also, my billing was fine and in fact handled very well.

Used dirty electrodes.room was not clean..no privacy..called several times to use restroom..unhooked myself.tech sleeping in an empty bed

I felt the customer service was hands on any question I had was answered and any preservations i had were unwarranted because the CSR was very accomidating,techs seemed to know there stuff and surprisingly i slept very well.Would reccommend to any person with sleep problems.
